I know what this is, from the inside.

I have a background in biology — a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Université de Montréal — before turning, more than 25 years ago, to whole-person support: massage therapy, homeopathy, energy work, and helping relationships.

But losing my mother changed everything. I too went through those sleepless nights, that fading energy, that feeling of carrying a weight no one around me could quite see.

It was through deep, dedicated emotional support that I found my sleep and inner peace again. That experience made me want to do, for other women going through grief, what had been done for me.

Today, I support women in Quebec and France, remotely, by videoconference — with the same listening and the same depth as if we were in the same room.

A path that was built,
not improvised.

Listen first. Always.

My approach combines deep listening, intuition, and concrete tools for emotional release. Every session is tailored to you, at your own pace, without pressure and without judgment.

"My role isn't to tell you what to feel, but to accompany you toward what you already feel."

My work is complementary — it does not replace medical or psychological care. If you are experiencing significant distress, I strongly encourage you to also consult a qualified health professional alongside our sessions.

Let's talk about
what you're going through.
