Terms of Sale

These terms of sale govern the holistic support sessions offered by Monique Lamarche, remotely, by videoconference, to clients residing in Quebec, France, or elsewhere.

Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place by videoconference. The support offered is complementary in nature — it does not replace medical or psychological care and no diagnosis is made.

The rate for a session is 80 CAD (Quebec) or 50 EUR (France). Payment is required at the time of booking, by credit card, via the secure Stripe platform. Monique Lamarche has no access to any complete banking data.

Booking is done online via the calendar available on the site. Any cancellation or change must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time to allow for a refund or free rescheduling. Past this deadline, the full session fee is due.

In accordance with European consumer law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal on the purchase of a session, without having to justify your reason.

However, by booking a session scheduled within this 14-day period, you expressly request to benefit from the service immediately and acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal once the session has been provided.

Monique Lamarche commits to providing her services with care and professionalism. She cannot, however, be held responsible for the client's interpretation or use of the discussions held during sessions, nor can they substitute for medical or professional advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. For residents of France, mandatory provisions of French consumer law remain applicable. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first.
